Piper Companies is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer for a world leading technology organization in the Raleigh Durham, North Carolina area. The Ruby on Rails Developer is a hybrid position include remote and in office days. A successful candidate for the Sr. Ruby on Rails Developer role will possess full stack experience.

Responsibilities for the Ruby on Rails Developer include:

  • Design, develop and implement new features
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders as it relates to the project
  • Maintain software documentation
  • Work with users on an as needed basis to explain new functionality
  • Problem solve and resolve any software bugs

Requirements for the Ruby on Rails Developer include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – (preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering)
  • 3+ years of professional Ruby on Rails development experience
  • Experience with javascript frameworks such as react
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Compensation of the Ruby on Rails Developer: $100,000 – $125,000 based on previous experience + Cigna Healthcare Benefits
