At Client, the Wealth Management Planning and Discovery development team is responsible for integrating with and extending a vendor-based financial planning tool. The system will be used by 19,000+ Financial Advisors to help clients in their financial planning needs. The system will also be integrated with various cloud and in-house applications to achieve the best users experience for the end users.

Responsibilities

  • Work with multiple key stakeholders and SMEs to document use cases and provide reporting solutions to answer to them.
  • Supports multiple complex business processes and serves as a SME on Text Analytics and Reporting.
  • Create, audit and maintain text analytics models and dashboards generated in XM Discover (Qualtrics Analytics product) for stakeholders.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum best practices, generate stories, update stories and work with the product team in Jira
  • Translate product journey discussions into text analytics models for the team to provide reporting on the use cases.
  • Create, maintain and review business process models, data flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases and test cases.
  • Create and execute on multiple features/ongoing efforts at the same time.
  • Generate communication, process and educational plans for the end users of our product.
  • Understanding of enterprise systems and impacts of change.
  • Assist in enforcement of Business Systems Analyst principles and practices within the team.

Skills

Must have

  • • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • • Bachelor’s degree is required with emphasis in Computer Science or MIS strongly preferred (or relevant work experience).
  • Previous Text analytics experience and experience with XM Discover (Qualtrics Text Analytics platform).
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum Product teams and proficient knowledge in Jira
  • Ability to research data definition, usage and flow to gain expertise in existing systems.
  • Ability to create new business processes and data usage to promote efficiency.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks / projects with minimal assistance.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and present solutions/dashboards to key stakeholders
  • Troubleshooting skills to investigate resolve and escalate problems.
  • Identifies need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
  • Associate must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Lead other associates or project entities without authority.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with enterprise leaders using verbal, written and presentations skills.
  • Ability to summarize complex business cases, system information and concepts and clearly communicate to firm leadership.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to provide working system prototypes and scenario modeling.
  • Proficient understanding of text analytics concepts.
