We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Strategic Analyst to join our team. Your strong analytical skills, business-minded approach, and commitment to data cleanliness will be crucial in identifying growth opportunities, providing valuable insights, and ensuring data integrity to drive strategic decision-making. As a Sales Operations Strategic Analyst you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including managing complex quotes, while also addressing ad hoc requests from sales leadership teams. By maintaining high standards of data hygiene, you will contribute to the accuracy and reliability of our strategic account information, enabling effective analysis and informed decision-making within our largest customer base.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and maintain the strategic accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date hierarchy and organizational structures.
  • Analyze accounts enrolled in the strategic account program, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Support the sales team by providing guidance and assistance throughout the sales cycle including quoting and order processing ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to gather and analyze data for strategic initiatives throughout the Strategic Accounts program.
  • Handle ad hoc requests from sales and customer success leadership teams, such as generating reports, conducting research, and providing insights.
  • Provide training and guidance to the strategic accounts sales team on account management best practices and sales processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to our Enterprise Territory Management system based on market dynamics and business needs.
  • Perform Salesforce administration duties, including building and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows to support sales processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a sales operations position, preferably in a strategic analysis role.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, including building and customizing objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from complex datasets.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with various stakeholders and present findings to sales leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Cloud Consultant are a plus.
